Not at all - Elation

Today I am Elated about: My hubby, my puppy and my kitten!!

Today I am not so Elated about: My sweet adorable Goldfish Ganesha dying last night!!

Ganesha was a White Siamese Doll Goldfish. He was very cute and tiny. He was so small in fact that we could only run his fishtank filter for a little bit of time per day because it would wear him out. This unfortunately lead to Algae Bloom in his tank. We were working as agressively as possible to reverse the water conditions, but it was to no avail. Finally we had to move him out of his tank and into fresh water (conditioned for a few days). He seemed to be doing better for most of the day and then at the about 7pm last night he died. I was very heartbroken. We left his filter on over night and now the water is clear as a bell. Maybe we should have been more aggresive with using his filter while he was still alive and just hoped that he would have gotten stronger or used to the current.
