Bill Gates has a Lake and The Yarn Harlot has answers!!!
Today I am Elated about: The answers that the Yarn Harlot emailed me!!!! Less than one week till my spinning class!!!! Finishing Branching Out#1!! Spending the day with hubby at work!! Lots of knitting/finishing progress!
Today I am not so Elated about: Back problems still being annoying in general!

Here is the post that I left at the Yarn Harlot- Stephanie Pearl-Mc Phee's blog site:
"I was at The Weaving Works and have to say that you are sooo very entertaining! It was fabulous until they THOUGHT WE WOULD DIE!! I thought it was only because we were all laughing so hard, but alas it was the heat!
Anyway, besides continuing to sing your praises, I was hoping I would get to ask you 2 questions that were too late last night:
1. What do you think about the incredible phenomena of your traveling not only through the countries and not only through your blog, but also through the entire community of knitting blogs?
2. What would your response be if you arrived home to see your husband amidst a languid affair with your ABSOLUTE MOST FAVOURITE WOOL, trying to learn how to knit socks?
If you ever get a chance to answer or think about these questions, I would love to know your responses. Thanks again for a great night! Best Wishes Always, (K-E)"
And here are the replies that she e-mailed me:
"1. I'm stunned. Totally stunned. Who know that knitters had this much in common? That they could form a community no matter where they were? 2. I'd love it. I'd love him. Steph"
I like her answers! I would not normally post an email on my blog, but the nature of these questions and the fact that I had originally planned to ask them in a public venue, made it seem okay! I hope everyone will agree!
Okay, I can not wait to take my spinning class at the Weaving Works next week!!!! Only 5 days away! Woohooo!!!
In the meantime, I spent Wednesday with hubby in the cafeteria of his work and finished off a lot of projects. Turns out that I thought I was a one project girl, but I really had a bunch that were knitted but not finished. I even had some embroidery projects on the go! We had a nice day and took Charlie for a walk around "Lake Bill"! He enjoys the ducks and the fishies! Don't we all.
Have a "duckie" night!! (K-E)
